Cancellation & Billing Policy

Weekly Subscription Billing

All My Nurse Friend services are offered on a weekly subscription basis. Your subscription begins on the day you sign up and automatically renews every 7 days at your selected tier unless changes are made.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

If you cancel, your current subscription week will continue through the end of that 7-day period.
You will not be charged again after the current week ends.
Partial-week refunds are not provided if you cancel in the middle of a subscription week.

Changing Your Tier

You may adjust your support level at any time.

Upgrading your tier takes effect immediately and will be billed accordingly.
Downgrading your tier takes effect at the start of your next subscription week.

Add-On Services

Add-on services provide targeted, situational support and are separate from weekly subscriptions.

Add-ons take effect immediately upon purchase. All add-on purchases are final and non-refundable.
Once purchased, add-on services cannot be canceled or reversed.

Auto-Renewal

Unless canceled or changed, subscriptions automatically renew every 7 days at your current tier level.

Increases apply immediately.
Decreases apply at the next billing cycle.
